Privacy Policy

The website provides email capability to send FORTRESS an email. FORTRESS will use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry. FORTRESS does not guarantee information sent via email is secure against interception. Therefore, FORTRESS suggests that you do not send sensitive personal data via email. FORTRESS has set up a secure merchant account to accept credit card payments for training course registration. No credit card information will be stored by FORTRESS.

Refund Policy

Tuition fees are refundable in full if registration is cancelled at least 14 working days before the class date. 50% of the tuition fees are refundable if the registration is cancelled between 13 and 7 days before the class. No refund is available if registration is cancelled less than 6 days before the class begins or if the registrant is a “no show”. If a class registration refund is approved by FORTRESS, payment will be made by check only. FORTRESS reserves the right to cancel a Training Course at any time, without incurring any additional liability. In such circumstances, FORTRESS will offer alternative dates or a full refund of the prepaid amount.
